CARF International announced Job Point has been accredited for a period of three years for its Employee Development, Employment Skills Training, Community Employment Services and Employment Planning programs. This latest accreditation is the 12th consecutive Three-Year Accreditation outcome the international accrediting commission has awarded to Job Point.
This outcome represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows substantial conformance to the standards established by CARF. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation outcome has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable and accountable.
Surveyors commended Job Point, stating “The organization believes in and is committed to continuous quality improvement. It believes in planning and has developed excellent plans for accessibility, cultural diversity, corporate compliance, technology and risk management. The organization enjoys a strong, involved and culturally diverse governing board that includes members from a diverse array of businesses in the community as well as some persons served. Job Point is well respected in the community. Persons served, funders, and other stakeholders are very pleased with the organization’s services. Staff members have a dedication to the persons served that extends above and beyond the call of duty. They treat those served with compassion and professionalism.”
