Programs and locations have distinct funding sources and eligibility criteria.

In Columbia services are available for persons on probation or parole or any Boone County adult seeking assistance with a job search.  YouthBuild is a construction trades training program providing leadership development and academic skills for low-income youth ages 16-24.

In Columbia for Skills Training we accept referrals from Missouri Division of Vocational Rehabilitation , Workforce Investment ActFamily Support Division recipients of Temporary Assistance and Trade Readjustment Act.

In the Moberly and Boonville area, persons served must have a qualifying disability.

Our Job Works program in Columbia specializes in assisting individuals who have a legal history.
