2010 Honorees - March 1, 2011

Job Point proudly announced its 2010 Award Recipients during its Annual Banquet at the Donald W. Reynolds Alumni Center on February 22nd

From over 1,000 persons served, two individuals were honored with an Award of Excellence for exemplary vocational and personal achievement.  ElTonya Rhoades of Columbia is Executive Assistant at Columbia Housing Authority.  Christopher Zeiger of Hannibal is employed with APAC Missouri. Job Point salutes these phenomenal individuals for their determination in overcoming significant barriers to employment!  Becky Curry-Roe, Senior Advisor, of Moberly was honored as the Employee of the Year for her outstanding contribution in promoting Job Point’s mission. Fresh Ideas, LLC was selected as the Employer of the Year for promoting the abilities of individuals seeking employment and greater participation in community life. Karenina Raymond of Wal-Mart in Jefferson City was honored as Partner of the Year for her outstanding support.  Mike McMillon of St. Charles was acknowledged as Volunteer of the Year for his invaluable contributions.
